Shaune

I am Shaun Demicoli, a HYROX Pro athlete with one goal: to reach the highest level of competition in the sport. Every day, I combine disciplined training, smart recovery, and proper nutrition to become a stronger and more complete hybrid athlete. With 13 HYROX races completed and a podium finish at HYROX Maastricht Open, I am constantly pushing my limits in pursuit of bigger goals. Alongside my athletic journey, I work as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM & EQF Level 4 CPT), helping others improve their fitness, performance, and overall health. I believe in leading by example and sharing the lessons I learn through my own training and competition experience. I am also expanding my knowledge in nutrition by completing the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach certification. Nutrition is a key part of my performance, which is why the EnduranceBox is my favourite meal. Its combination of carbohydrates and protein provides the fuel needed for demanding HYROX training sessions.
